Celestial Ice Flames can be used together with the Profound Soul Yin Flame and Divine Devilbane Lightning to create the legendary Sacred Asura Flames.[491][492]
It can be combined with the Glacial Qi released by the Six-Winged Frost Centipedes to create the Purple Apex Flames.

Heavenvoid Hall
Han Li discovered these flames for the first time when he approched the alter containing the Heavenvoid Cauldron while accompanying the Devil Dao escentrics.[480] These flames were then condensed into the Celestial Ice Pearl by the Bone Sage. These flames are intimately related to the Heavenvoid Cauldron and is essential for using the cauldron.
Refining the Flame
Han Li had to wait until Nascent Soul stage to began refining them at a slow pace, being able to refine only a sliver of it for a very long time as an Early Nascent Soul cultivator. He only finished refining the entire flame contained inside the Celestial Ice Pearl by the time he reached Mid Nascent Soul. Although it is not clear how long it took for him to refine it all, the combined time it took to refine the flames and to cultivate from Early Nascent Stage to Mid Nascent stage was approximately 30 years.
Spirit Void Hall
The Ice Flame can also be used by the grand elder of the North Night Palace, Arctic Dragon. He acquired it from the two Celestial Blue Cauldrons he inherited from his sect. The flames are essential to use these two Divine Spirit Treasure replicas. He notes that the flames from the replica are inferior to the ones from the Heavenvoid Cauldron but due to his superior refinement of the flame, his Celestial Ice Flames are superior than that of Han Li at this time.
