Icy Crystal Race

The Icy Crystal Race, also known as the Blue Crystal Race, is a small race that lives in the waters at the edge of the Black Wind Sea. The island that they live on is rather close to Wumeng Island. The Black Wind Sea is under the jurisdiction of the Northern Chill Immortal Realm, but it’s only a marionette located in a remote area.
