Fu Tiancheng was an elder of the Master Artisan Sect.
In the Donghua, (I’m not sure about this BTW) He was a spy sent by the Fu Clan(Most likely Fu Tianhua) to the Master Astrian Sect as a back up plan of some sorts. When he was killed by Han Li, he ripped his stomach open, trying to damage the Spirit Well Tree, Han Li’s Gold Devouring Beetles ate him before he could do any damage to the Spirit Well Tree.
